As a 20 years investor and businessman, let me share my opinion to you.

For investor to invest in penny stock, the most worries thing is the company went into bankrupt, that mean your share will be totally gone. 2nd, we worry it will call for right issue; 3rd we worry it will propose consolidation of share.


For M&G, first we no need to worries it will went into bankrupt, why? Because bank is her creditor, if bank know this company will bankrupt soon, do you think bank willing to convert its debt become share in this going to bankrupt company?

Second, right issue. Once its has completed its debt restructuring plan, M&G will have no problem to meet its monthly debt obligation, so no need to call for right issue. Since the fleet utilisation is still consider low (around 70%), very unlikely it will call for right issue for business expansion.

Third, as bank will become its biggest shareholder, I believe bank will not agreed to any proposal to consolidate the share, because share consolidation will always harm its existing shareholder, especially for the bank who subscribe the share based on RM0.10, which is almost 25% above its current market price.

So, I oredi put my money into your pocket, it is up to you to decide whether you want to keep it, spend it or ignore it.

I heard there is a big group of investor who previous invested a lot at AIRASIA, decided to move their fund to penny O&G counter, as there need a fast way to recover their lost in AIRASIA before the year end.

Based on their study, O&G could be the sector that have the most potential, as the demand for O&G has recover. For China, the demand for O&G has back to the normal level before Covid, so they foresee same recovery will apply to other countries as well. So now is the right timing to accummulated O&G stock.

M&G, being one of the cheapest O&G player, has the most potential to gain a lot in term of %, reason being:-

1) It is dirty cheap (7sen), easily can gain 100% or 200%.
2) Its debt restructuring scheme has completed, meaning it wont facing any debt problem / default loan in next 3-5 years.
3) All this while its loss making is due to high interest. After this debt restructuring, it will save a huge portion on interest expenses.
4) Bank agreed to converted RM150mil of loan into share @ RM0.10 per share. Mean, now bank are their shareholder, and bank is paying RM0.10, while you can get RM0.07.


Please imagine, you are running a company, and your company borrow RM1 mil term loan from Bank. Now, you have no enough money to pay loan, instead of bank sue you or force sell your property, bank offer to convert the loan become share. Mean, bank will become your shareholder, your term loan will convert become paid up capital. Mean, you no need to payback to the bank anymore.

Eric963708, yes, I am very confidence. This counter sure will perform better.

This is the cheapest O&G counter with no risk of bankruptcy, as they have just completed the debt restructuring, and bank has agreed to convert partial of their loan into preference share.

Therefore, the risk of bankruptcy is very very low, coz bank is not a investor, the share price must go up above 10sen, then only bank can convert the preference share, then sell to market and get back their loan amount.

Now 8-8,5sen is very very cheap for you to accumulate, but very limited share only, if you want to buy big volume, please buy slowly slowly, 50k, 100k, dont directly key in buy order 500k
