Habis juah Poh Kong hari ini. Lowest 46.5 sen. Highest 53 sen. Average cost 38 sen. Average selling price 51 sen. Untung 34.2% dalam masa 3.5 bulan. Not bad.......
yuanlong57 -- Bought any Nylex? I have 200k and bought it cheap (less than 50 sen). Will start to sell tomorrow. Hope to sell all at average 75 sen to give 50% profit for 1.5 years hard work.

In agreement with calvintaneng's view. Dividend 3sen, buy at 55sen gives DY 5.5%. If buy at 50 sen, DY is 6%. Never fail to pay dividend for past few years. Value buy and it is a defensive stock.
ks55, didn't buy Nylex. After a nice scoop of REITs income distribution in Feb, my capital assets was mobilised to PB China Pacific Equity Fund and PB China Asean Equity Fund which sees good returns 4Q 2014. Enjoying comfortable fund appreciation.
Formation of China-led AIIB (Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank), the Asean Economic Community plus Asean as a dynamic emerging market are conducive catalytic growth drivers which will determine the economic, financial and prosperity of the Asean as well as Asian emerging markets.
My main thrust is in REITs. 免后顾之忧. Other investments (in stock market) is for thrill. Investment grade and punting grade half-half. I consider Nylex an investment grade stock. Khee San is a punting stock. 買股是為了增加生活情趣, 小賭怡情, 大賭傷身
ks55, we share a common interest in REITs. REITs is also my core investment focus. The others like stocks, gold & silver, unit trusts, etc are for diversification and as multiple streams of steady passive income. My financial goals are to have a regular stream of income every month through the year from multiple sources of income.
Big brother, ks55. Your time-tested life experience have you made a close guess. I am four years your junior. Retiring four years from now. Pick up investment late, catapaulted into action after reading about financial literacy. Still a newbie in investing! But enjoy the course of the learning curve.
Like your 免后顾之忧 life philosophy. From the first I came across your comments in QCapita, sensed your self-confidence and composure grounded on a strong foundation of well-informed, pragmatically knowledgeable, penetrative insight and foresight of the intricacies of investing.
Realising the constraint of the space of public forum, I will not go into further details of personal things here.
Anyway, the reciprocal happy feeling of (virtually) meeting someone sharing common interest is indeed stimulating and enlivening!
The late Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai once quoted, "Between the four seas, all men are brothers." LIKE.
yuanlong57 -- TQ for response. Nice to find a friend in this forum. My earlier post removed for certain private information only to share with you. Hope we will continue in other tread as we come along. Good luck !!
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
