To get a better sense of Margin spread per tonne , can deduct (raw cost) HRC Rmb 3180 from (sale) Crc Rmb 4288 .

Take about as barometer, operator juz want to make sure the field are good for next seeding. Meaning to say coming qtr result will be a significant factor to decide how and where the smart money to pour in.

Hi guys

You must not get so mixed up chasing Mycron which is into Flat Steel sheet.

Prestar is into Guard Rail & Wheel Barrow which are used from Highway & infrar construction.

Whereas Mycron, Melewar & Cscsteel are doing consumer products like door for fridge, car bonnet & all things flat

While construction steel will do well the same cannot be said for consumer steel

So be careful you don't climb the wrong tree.

Iron and coke price rise will also impact on Mycron bottom line

correction, Mycron can produce high tensile material for construction usage and supply to wheel barrow producer as well.

Mycron actually supply to various industries such as;
1)galvaniser which they produce galvanised roofing, cladding, purlin
2)steel drum maker
3)pipe maker
4)service center which they cut, shear or slit to smaller for downstream user
5)automobile
6)nailing hoop or strapping material

flat sheet steel can be form and draw to product such as fire extingusher by using special material such as SPCE or SPCF (deep drawing grade or ultra deep drawing grade)
