That is good news...the rubber is being stretched really hard...that means the car will start moving faster...higher turnover (throughput)...the manufacturers will be running at full capacity due to the rise in demand relative to supply!

Reason of China CRC Steel price up due to 2 reasons:
1. Cars are selling like hot cake in China
2. All cars manufacturing needed CRC steel

8月份汽车增长是社会消费品零售总额增长的重要拉动因素。汽车类销售增长13.1%，比上个月加快3.9个百分点。8月份汽车销售为什么会加快，有两个原因。一是从基本面来看，中国目前处在消费结构升级的关键时期，住类和行类的商品这几年一直保持较快增长。中国近年来汽车每年销售量超过2000万辆，但总体来讲，中国汽车的消费还是有很大空间。根据住户调查数据，中国现在汽车家庭拥有量每百户将近34辆左右，也就是1/3的家庭有车。我看了一些数据，像美国现在汽车拥有量每百户220辆左右，一家2辆车多一点，欧洲的发达国家，包括日本和韩国等国家，每百户汽车拥有量将近150辆，两家三辆车多一点。从中国角度来讲，尽管这几年汽车发展比较快，但刚性需求市场还很大，在解决了温饱以后，大家追求发展型和享受型的消费。这与中国居民消费结构升级有关，而且潜力很大。

8月份汽车销售提速跟政策刺激也有一定的关系。大家知道，中国去年年底出台了一个政策，对1.6升及以下小排量汽车有优惠补贴政策，这个政策按照计划未来几个月到期，到期之前一部分消费潜力提前释放，这可能有一定的影响。主要是这两方面的原因。谢谢你！

One thing to highlight is the nature of CRC producers. The key is to maintain the spread between CRC & HRC, if HRC price increased, it will push up end products, that's CRC.

The gap between CRC & HRC has been widened up last few months & has now been stable last few days.

Explanation from probability earlier was just fantastic.
