oddman i am with u...i will hold tight waiting for yet another explosive upside...no worries if goreng go surge fast and furious as public only hold about 24% of total outstanding share of LCTH while directors hold 70.6% and tabung haji hold about 5%...can easily go up to 0.50 just like how Skpres was rising recently...

利豐機構（LCTH，5092，主板工業股）宣布，接獲在新加坡交易所掛牌的大股東──富裕集團（Fu Yu Corp）通知，後者的前執行董事黃福清（譯音）向富裕集團所有股東提出自愿性部份股權收購獻議，以每股0.09新元獻購該集團的7000萬股，或相等于10.3%股權。

富裕集團持有利豐機構約70%股權。

根據黃福清的函件，正式獻議書將在14至21天後發予全體股東，並在緊接著的28天內開放予股東接受獻議。

他目前持有富裕集團的7%股權，並表明提出上述獻議是基于投資目的，並冀望在最短時間內以穩定的價格收購7000萬股。
