Generally Hevea is doing well in 4Q, but if they can't solve labour shortage within this period, they also cant get more high margin orders from customers due to lack of manpower.

i believe labour shortage will be solved lah, satu kali bayar to those big jaws, whatever labour shortage pun boleh settle lah, this is law of biz malaysia... hahaha...i even suspected the part of it 16m in the cost of sale from the balance sheet account is to play the big jaws of Malaysia, it is to slove the labour shortage issue. 2 week shut down also influenced the revenue of the company and exchange rate loss is a little from the profit

if everything back to normal, i believe one day it price will recover, just the current sentimental is not so good.

From recent economist reports on US, there will be 3 rate hikes in 2018, since the USA economy is currently doing very good with unemployment at all time low. No one can predict the future though, just like no one can say for sure what will happened to the oil price next year. Currently many shale US oil producers are on hibernation mode, once if they decide to flood the market with their oil again, oil price will crush again. Once oil price stumble, so does MYR. But the opposite could also happened if there is major disruption in middle east production (like major war) which would cause oil price to jump.
