This year full year Masteel realised a gain of exchange 14 million (due to strengthening in ringgit from RM4.4 to RM4.) and write off inventory of 2 million

Both of this item will not be repeated in 2018.

Scenario 1

PBT 70.9m minus 12m (net of gain and write off) =

Adjusted PBT 58.90m
Less 24% Tax = 14.13m
PAT = 44.76m
EPS = RM0.1048

PE 8 =RM0.84
PE 10 =RM1.04

Scenario 2
PAT Q4'18 12.15m x 4 = RM48.6

EPS = RM0.1138

PE 8 = 0.91
PE 10 = 1.13

It is deemed fully valued.

I cannot understand why overall payable/borrowing was reduced but having higher finance cost than previous year

Debts to Cash ratio : 20m vs 600m (20 times) - as their trade bill involve late interest payment.

Please bear in mind, it is on optimum capacity now.

How much price only god can tell you. those that give tp majority is guesing game. same as highest price for the stock you know rm 1.40 is the highest kah? if you sell at the price then you are good. I only know in this market long term holder will suffer the most.

some people like to question people just to make others look stupid with stupid question cause they want to show they are better then others? i am asking people to protect their capital. Definately more panic is coming. But in what ever market also you can make money that is also truth. I dont say you cannot earn money in this kind of drop market. But regular investors with long term goal like OTB will suffer the most. True they already earn and still on paper gain. so you can say no harm to him. But you already got 20k in hand and now seeing the profit diminished day by day until paperloss is shiok kah?

If compare Lion steel 1.14, Masteel should at same level with Lion, therefore count back to bonus ex 1.14/1.2/1.33333 = 0.72

Current price = 0.86

i will not wait till 0.72, however will start buy in <0.80, and to buy gradually till reach level 0.60 as my cut lost point.....

Really long term people like OTB wouldn't be bothered to be in the forum to reply question.
If you already have your exit plan when buying then good for you. No achieve target then put it there to rot.
Then you don't even need to be panic or what so ever damn market also does not worry you. Your only intention is to buy buy and buy and keep only. Why bother to even consider the word sell before you achieve target. Then price drop of 75% also should not make you worry and now we are merely going into 50% price drop from the peak only. So there is still plenty of margin for long term players. Just make sure its 300% profit not eventually becoming 30% nett price only.

If trader they already long time cut loss.
A trader that does not adhere to technical discipline will eventually learn by paying with tuisyen fee.
Unless one is still profiting > 50% even after market drop by 50% then they may consider to hold. Else with paperloss of 30% one is not fit to be called a trader.
