You must read my article " Investors must look at the company's business ". AYS and Malaysia Steel are building materials which are use for building construction. There is already an over supply of buildings in every town and city. Buying AYS and MA Steel is the same as buying property stocks.

The good profit they are showing is from previous sale concluded last one or 2 years ago. Or from delayed payment from contractors and housing developers.

Be careful. Don't just follow FA and TA indiscriminately without looking at the company's business. Can they show good profit next year? Time will tell who is right!

I think Mr KYY got the point. I thank him for sharing his good views. Of course all the sifu here can be right because short term price can go either way. As for long term, I think I will agree more with KYY. Nowadays people are talking about China business coming here. They have gained access to Malaysian market by buying up 1MDB assets etc. We could see cheap China steel coming to Malaysia sooner than expected. Like KYY, this is just a word of caution (not an inducement to sell or buy).

Hoolahooo crude oil will crash below 30 again and never goes up and ringgit is strengthening. Because what you go and do survey I lazy to explain with you but I think hibiscus is overvalue so you watch out also . Just a word of caution (not an inducement to sell of buy )

I don't have a crystal ball nor having a famous tukang tilik helping me to make a projection in near future. What I know is the hard fact that piling companies revenue has been recovering since 9 months ago. Ptaras's turnover increased by more than 70% in the past few quarters. Econbhd's revenue have reported an increase over 30% over the last 2 quarters. Is it construction activities gradually recovering after hitting the lowest 12 months ago?

'demand will soften because of ramadhan' Same reason given to protect their backside. Last year, Ramadan was started in early June 16 and yet the company is able to make profit RM 10.7 million. This year, the growth comes from capacity increased by 12% and Forex gain from RM strengthening so.... you imagine yourself la.
