Can. Most likely. Low oil price favour AA nowadays, seen unreverse able as OPEC+ is disunity. All don't want to lose market shares anymore while want higher oil price which is no way. See they could not even reach a consensus at the first day meeting.

AA already hedge around 40% of its oil price for Q1 and Q2 2019 before this announcement. Oil price going up but still lower than what AA used for Q3 2018. Not much to worry at least until next year end.
