Board and results today. Results show character. With exceptionally high fuel and weak currencies. Also with 2019 in view we added a record 21 percent of capacity which obviously diluted yield but was the right long term strategy.

Also we were really hurt by closure of boracay in the phillipines and numerous national disasters in Indonesia which led to huge losses.

The stars Appear to be lining up. Asean airlines will all make money this year. India and japan reduce losses. Cash strong . Oil is 54 percent hedged and stable. Currencies stronger .

Jaya dulu non stop kata semua, ia SEMUA FUEL SUDAH HEDGE, tapi TF kata hanya 54% yg hedge.


Nampaknya apa yang newinvestor17 selalu kata tentang Jaya bahawa Jaya tipu kerana AA tak pernah hedge 100% fuel cost memang benar.

Sekarang Jom tengok lah jika TF bagi lagi Special Dividend of RM0.50 yg Jaya kata TF akan bagi leas RM0.40 yg lalu

Just checked Tony F.'s twitter, read his statement about the oil hedge, I did keep repeating last time that AA only hedge a maximum of around 50% of their Jet Fuel but some sifu was bombarding me for saying that and that so called sifu said that AirAsia hedges 100% of their fuel cost.


Waiting for that Sifu to come out and justify his statements.

Anyway, good luck to AA holders and hope you guys make money.

The qtr report is for the past 2018. Moving forward, 2019 will be much better. Go down or up now can collect as 2019 is the best year.

you did not recall because of 3 reasons:

1. you clearly are a newbie in this space because clearly judging from your points you talk, you are an incompetent newbie investor/trader who has tons of fallacy claws

2. you have never attended AGM of AA and AAX because if you did attend, you would realise what I said above is what he always stress

3. You are not an institutional investor because if you are, you would have had your teams management visits to AA and if you met him, he would been repeating that
