I counter agree...you just need to do solvency test to prove next 12 month you are able to meet pay your debt if you want to declare dividend

I mean the tune live sdn bhd. They loan raised is to purchase the AA shares earlier. It need to be repaid, and for repayment, they need the cash dividend as well.
