AirAsia Aviation Group Limited also recently increase holding of PAA from 40% to 100%. AAAG also hold 46.25% Indonesia listed PT AirAsia Indonesia TBK who hold 57.25% PT Indonesia AirAsia. AAAG also hold directly 20.95% PT Indonesia AirAsia.

Air Asia Bhd running the Malaysia AA operation.

AAAGL is a private company wholly owned by CapA. CapA is public company listed in Bursa.
Asia Aviation Public Company Limited is public company listed in Thai stock exchange in which AAAGL hold 43%

Just like SIA Groups... SATS n SIA ENG... separated listed entities...each having ita own team n management. That's was requested by LKY.
SIA now has Long/Medium/Short Hauls... together with SIA Cargo... SIA Aviation Holdings Ltd.
SATS is handling cargo, pax, catering, baggage, laundry n cleaning services.
SIA Eng is MRO mechanical/electrical, fuels n others.
SIA don't have SuperApp...like AirAsia MOVE...
Plus Teleport Everywhere... leasing its own freighter fleets (within 1 year...above 10...Airbus...321F). SATS don't owned any freighter.

I don't know...if listed in Nasdaq/,AA Brand...maybe they are interested!?
Temasek is majority shareholder in SIA...they are holding probably more than 30 listed entities.
It's under MOF...but privately manage by street smart individuals.
GLC funds is fully under MOF.
Temasek probably has $#400M.
Plus GLC, around $1.2B.
Hard to guess LOH!?🤓
