Haha Income Dear,
Mabel is saving this song for Mabel's Lady Sapura...so nice..
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5EdmHSTwmWY
With Great Progress from Capital A, next one to get out of PN 17, will be Lady Sapura. Yesterday our Lady was the Top Gainer in Mabel Energy and Prince of Malaya with 2nd Top Volume in KLSE while KLSE is still having period. The disposal of OMV which Mabel approved during our recent EGM is on track to be completed in December.
We’ve moved from RM 400 mil to RM 500 mil net cash to about RM 1.7 bil, primarily through self-generation. Anuar also points out that our operations were profitable, despite the limited working capital that was hindering growth. Evidently, its free cash flow in the first half ended July 31, 2024 (1H25) stood at RM 275 mil, while for FY24 the group reported a free cash flow of close to RM 700 mil. Looking ahead, the company is aligning its expertise with energy transition opportunities, focusing on two areas – decommissioning and carbon capture and under-ground storage (CCUS).
Sarawak Oil Asset is value at RM30 Billion. Our Lady just got a 5year Contract from Petronas despite knowing well its financial constraints or perhaps Petronas knows that our Lady will be out of will be out of PN17 sooner than we think…
Our company’s debt restructuring is another two quarters away from completion. The true test of a business’ resilience lies in how it deals with its lows. Sapura Energy Bhd, once a prominent player in the oil and gas (O&G) sector, is no exception. Hence, we are saving The Best For Last….

Capital A is a travel ecosystem company that survive and profit depend on market share, which similar to Amazon depend on market share. During growth phase this type of company require cash to sustain expansion until critical mass reach will then profit follow.
While aviation business is an assets heavy business, which no good management use cash to growth company. If there are no assets, then no lease or borrowing , no business to be run.
Use various financial option to lease these assets, while profit is made through good management of operating cash flow.

Noni Why down today?
29/11/2024 2:49 PM
Here part of the reason...
Banking counters drag KLCI below key level. The FKLI's inability to reclaim the 50-day EMA, coupled with the formation of a big red candle, indicates that bears have regained momentum. This development suggests the potential formation of a new lower high within the prevailing downtrend. A decisive break below the approaching 200-day EMA could signal a bearish continuation..
Here's another part...

HLIB maintained its "buy" call on Capital A with an unchanged target price of RM1.68, based on an implied valuation of RM6.8 billion for the aviation business and assuming RM2.15 billion for non-aviation segment.

Why down? Can it be:

KEY INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS
3QFY24 posted an unexpected loss
77% fleet utilisation drove 81% seat capacity recovery
ADE's profitability hit by startup costs
Downward earnings revision between -39% to -214%
Downgrade to NEUTRAL with a revised TP of RM0.99
Below expectations. Capital A Berhad (Capital A) reported a 3QFY24 core LATAMI of -RM545.7m, bringing cumulative 9MFY24 core losses to -RM324.7m after excluding forex gains and one-off items. This fell below our and consensus expectations, which had anticipated a full-year profit, primarily due to higher-than-expected operating expenses (opex) and weaker contributions from non-aviation entities.
