hm is it funny? I never said investment is all about financials, but you can learn a lot from financials. Many people see Nihsin, Johotin, SIGN as gem too.

A word about the management, we all get it from news, annual report, your judgement on management is as good as everyone. So im not sure if you should rely on what the management says or more on what they do, which appears on financials.

最新进展

长青纤维板（EVERGRN，5101，主板工业产品股）建议私下配售占缴足资本高达10%比重的股票，以及发送高达2亿8213万7900股红股。

假设每股配售价为1.95令吉，预计可筹得1亿3万令吉，用于扩展业务、偿还债务、营运资本，及相关资本开销。

另外，截至9月30日第三季，净利按年增1.74倍至2758万6000令吉，归功于美元走强、较低胶水成本，及厂房完成重组。

此外，营业额从2.34亿令吉，按年增9.19%，达2.56亿令吉。

行家建议

首9个月核心净利7200万令吉，比我们全年预测的高15%。

我们相信，公司一旦脱售橡胶园及其他非核心资产后，股东在明年可能会获得特别股息。

至于2送1红股计划，将会把股本提高至7.7亿股，这是正面的，因为可改善股票流通率并提高估值。

不过，私下配售则会稀释盈利10%，然而，由于公司现金流强稳，我们认为明年将恢复派息。

我们把2015至2017财年的每股净利预测上修4至19%，目标价也顺应从2.90令吉，提高至3.08令吉。

Private placement at RM2.05, don't think it will drop below. On the contrary, it has rooms for price appreciation. Hold for longer term to benefit greatly from Evergreen.

After 2:1 bonus issue, you will have extra half the shares you are now holding at at (*2/3) price.
Eg.
Rm3.00 each with 100 shares
will become
Rm2.00 each with 150 shares

The total amount remains at rm300
Bonus issue reduces each share price to half of its previous value, making the stock more liquid.

Since Evergreen has a good record from its latest Quarter Report and export stock is still the theme for our Malaysian market. Mid to long term investor could still hold their stocks.

可以说只有国际油价来到每桶USD80-90 以上，
