its a dilution of price due to RCN conversion at 0.09, so can park queue buy at 0.09

will not be below than 0.09, if below then RCN holders will losing money, it will be done slowly so market can absorb it

esos price at 0.105 so in order for staff to make money out of esos, market price should be higher.. mgmt should hve reason why esos is at 0.105
