柏华嘉重组计划近敲定

（吉隆坡26日讯）持续亏损的柏华嘉控股（PERWAJA，5146，主板工业产品股）指出，正针对重组计划做最后调整。

不过该公司指出，截至目前，所拖欠的负债和利息，还没有任何显著的进展。

该公司今日向马交所报备，会在近期内宣布重组计划的细节。

负债累累的柏华嘉控股，前年获政府的企业债务重组委员会（CDRC）出手相救，与债权人协调债务重组计划。

该集团持续跟其他柏华嘉钢铁的债权人协商，以敲定各方可接受的重组方案，进而改善集团和柏华嘉钢铁的营运，以及让柏华嘉控股脱离PN17公司行列。

Delisting from Bursa after 31/3/15 if not getting approvals of restructuring plan by all regulatory authorities. No more further court protection from creditors by 22/2/3025. Time up. Refer Bursa announcements. Do not get trapped (20 cts...ha ha!)
