The downtrend maybe a temporary shares dilution bcos of the bonus issue with broader base liquidity . Some may sell half to invest in other stocks perhaps.

Fms016, the 20cent is EPS before bonus issue. Not dividend. After split its around 10cent. At the PE of 10, the share price should be rm1. 0.

Bcos of economic slowdown from covid, many chemical companies have slow down their investment to increase their capacity. Now demand coming manufacturing, cables and automotive have exceeded supply and not sufficient to support the demand for this region.

CIMB is putting chemicals counter as overweight and slated to outperform as recovery stock in 2H21.

So long revenue can continue increase YoY, to move to be next LCTITAN is possible. Samchem with 2QR result already achieve 70% of last year total revenue. Very likely this year they can achieve > 30% revenue increase as compare previous year.
