Lmf_hau, as you can see, yesterday price down, today price up and should shoot up further if not for some party put massive roadblock at sell queue.

Look PnL consider good although Nett Profit Q-on-Q is slightly slower.

Follow the IB rules, IHH price should be massive selling down..Instead biggest shark buy and push up price in today 2nd session.

What say you?

（吉隆坡15日讯）UEM集团有限公司传已透过旗下单位南北大道有限公司展开洽商，以收购高速公路经营商吉隆坡西部疏散大道控股私人有限公司（Sprint大道）。

一名熟悉这项交易的财务执行员称，Sprint大道的收购代价洽商，将基于该公路在剩下特许权期间的未来现金收入。

Sprint大道的股东包括环城控股有限公司（LITRAK，6645，基建公司组），控制50%；金务大有限公司（GAMUDA，5398，建筑组）的30%及雪州柏朗桑集团有限公司（KPS，5843，贸易服务组）的20%，

Sprint大道拥有全长26.5公里Sprint大道的33年特许权，将在2031年届满。

早前在2012年，雪州柏朗桑已表明，有意脱售其于Sprint大道的20%股份，而金务大则据称自2011年起已经展开脱售洽商。

实际上，也有传言指南北大道探讨买下环城控股。

金务大控制环城控股之45%，而其他大股东包括雇员公积金局持6.7%及阿玛纳托管持6.3%。

除了Sprint大道50%股权外，环城控股也拥有白蒲大道的特许权，该大道全长40公里，及拥有34年特许权。

分析师之前透露，金务大可能以合适价格套利，因它未能获准调高白蒲大道和Sprint大道的过路收费。

但他们指出，白蒲大道已经达到交通成熟，每年成长2%至3%，而Sprint大道的本札拉和格灵之则仍然处于相当年轻。
