it is undervalued , good earning company, now cheap sale. no contra, no short term, MUST hv holding power. i personally see the price should b at at least 45cts. ( well, it is my personal opinion)

Oh, I guess the price upward direction is due to private placement to some investor. XinQuan with large cash asset still need to rise fund make no sense for supporting only 60 branches. Just beware of oversea stock or else you will get burn with no warning given.
