china comoany always is the black sheep here in malaysia..fault auditor reports and balance sheet..but so far, this company has been cash rich but dont understand why they still need cash. but as for now, jib bro has joined. it should be able to bring some impacts to it short term.

This company have good growth prospects, look at its fundamentals:

FY2013 unaudited revenue : RM 350 mil
FY2013 unaudited profit after tax : RM 56 (roughly 16%)

Net Assets per Share : RM 0.59

This company appeared a few times in papers mentioning that it targets to achieve double digit growth this year.

With addition on new director, Dato Nazim, the company is surely planning long term strategic moves.

Recently the company shot to a new high of RM 0.60+ but was targeted by short sellers hence why the price had sharply declined by 50% within few days. Now with this new development, hopefully the share price will trend upwards & move towards the desired original direction of the company.
