this share is definitely under very very very heavy collection, you can see each time its up 2-3 sen then they just park the buying at 2 sen lower from new height. at the same time the blocking is at 1 sen higher from new height price. Contra players got no choice has to give back at the price they bought or lost 1 sen !!! short term holders only can make 2 - 4 sen profit the most.
i am pretty sure will limit up out of sudden but dont know when.......
