Homeritz has a cash position of RM 0.27 per share at the moment with a working capital worth RM 0.30 per share. The company has some value and is worth considering.

Maintain BUY, TP: RM0.72. After rolling over our valuation year to FY21 and adjusting for changes in earnings our TP falls from RM0.76 to RM0.72 pegged to an unchanged 10x PE multiple. We continue to like Homeritz due to healthy net cash per share per share of RM0.27

(D) 38460, PTD 13400, Geran 50191, Lot 8531 all situated in Mukim Jalan Bakri, District of Muar, Johor Darul Takzim at a total purchase consideration of RM9,408,960.00 in respect of which titles have yet to be issued.
