1. get yourself up to speed on something called "dyor", sometimes also called "dyoh", it's very good

4. call up jcy office, introduce yourself as a big shot tycoon minority shareholder, then ask to speak to their investor relations officer

JCY (5161) If BIG Brother Does Well, So Should Little Brother
If the share prices of Western Digital (WDC) and Seagate Technology (STX) on Nasdaq is doing well, there is no reason to think that share prices of JCY International (JCY) should do any lesser. The logic, simply because JCY's business well-being is highly corelated to its customers WDC and STX since they co-exist within the same value chain. As much as WDC and STX are both very important customer of JCY, no-one should discount this business link.
Yes, JCY will continue to outperform as this is only the beginning. How?
1. Second half of 2024 results are expected to be better than First Half as confidently guided by management in their result review and commentary in May.
2. Operational Leverage and Economies of Scale for JCY is Much Greater Than its customers'. At slightly below 50% plant utilization rate, JCY has already clocked in RM5.34mn in net profit. Ask any production manager or factory owners what importance is when manufactures goods get pass breakeven utilization rate. When utilization rate surpasses breakeven level, profits can flow in exponentially with every improvement in utilization rate (also known as economies of scale).

The market in Malaysia is affected by US market. Therefore it is very important to observe the development in US. With Biden retreat and allow Kamala Hamas to take over we hope to see improvement in the US market. Why US ? Cause US is the largest economy and their demands will affect the stock market gobally. Bear in mind all the data center parent companies are all from US.

By disposing the shares it does not mean that is the end of the company. In fact they will be other investors that will buy and shore up the price higher than the price they sell. As long as the company results are goods its shares will continue to stay higher.

Each coin has 2 faces. One side is the owner selling (it seems like negative) but another side of the coin is the buyer feel the company has greater potential and they are willing to use 0.75-0.79 price to buy from the owner. It cost RM30M+ not small amount.

yep, for a brave daring player with big very big cap, playing a volatile penny stock with strong upside could be just like a dream, they simply have a good time riding on volume

like if he bought 40 mil units (40,000 big lots) @70 sen today, it would cost him only rm28 mil

then for every sen up he's gonna make rm400k gain, if 10 sen up he makes rm4 mil gain

ESOS is non issue for me because for the last agm, Jan 2024 the comp only approve around 3 Mils.
The big ESOS around 60Mils was awarded during 2018 agm, which i believe mostly already exercised by the recipients.
Even after DBT of 40 Mils the owner still hold 63% of the company.
And i truly believe next Qr report will be good and will provide the catalyst to push the price beyond RM 1.
