Bro Horizon, In fact I have made around 110 k from trading JCY and now just loss back around 20+ k is ok for me. I still consider UNTUNG on this counter. Now is not about the money, I about the mental torturing and what for because else still got some many counter to play about. Bro Bara, you are right, I always make a lot of silly mistake and decisions but luckily every time I manage to run before the hole get bigger.
that is the hard part to assess as "rezeki rimau" type...win big lose big but always try to be on the plus column after all said and done.
hit real big on mbsb, harvest-wa, hibiscus-cw, jcy-cw, mtronic but still holding paper loss on mtronic, tms, focus,jcy-cw (sometimes I wonder what made me buy these crappy counters in the 1st place)
yuzuki there are some thought process involved in all these not just tembak je mah just that sometimes the market turns on you. even big banks with all their research team do lose money investing
jjtrader how do you train yourself to have the discipline to make the sell decision? even after 20 years and with concious effort to get that skill, i still find it hard to do. to sell when needed to...
i always wonder why so many ppl think overbought shares prices or share prices trading near resistance is so sexy & continue pumping into it lol ... this is how the khsb gang were beaten down by our guys until today's price hehehe, same goes for smartag, bintai, ecm lol
My TA skill is limited to knowing to always monitor the graph diligently to catch the start of the hook up or down hahaha well i suppose that is the fundamental of TA but having the discipline to sell on the hook down is sumthing i still have to acquire. something managed to sometime to degil or greedy to know any better
@1.40, JCY is now trading @ PE of 9 based on last 4 quarter earnings. Assuming it can maintain its earning for next quarter, then its forward PE should be 5.6. As such, I believe its price at this level is substainable.
rookie....jcy reasonable good earnings for the past 2 quarter was due to the Thai flood problem where all its competitors suffered except for it...that's why the price went up to reflect the good earnings....now situation is back to normal and all the competitors have resume their normal operation...thus there will be margin squeeze in the industry...so JCY may not be able to sustain it's good earning in the future.
very typical one la...when price up a bit...story of cowboy vs red indian blah blah blah all come out....when price down a bit...some jump ship and some pissing in their pant quietly....hehehe
audiTTS: I have my reservation on counter like Smartag due to lack of past earning record. Technically speaking, its price is trading within a downtrend channel since IPO. Personally, I wouldnt consider this counter unless it starts to trend upward.
Bro bara, I should have trusted my own chart, when Jcy was forming a hanging man on 17 May and next day was confirmed by a bearish candle then I should have run but the mind set Is locked with the Mee goreng festival fail to react accordingly. Worst still driver by emotion and jump in buy some more sigh! If my si-Fu (Steve Nison, the author of Japanese candlestick charting techniques) know it he will vomit blood. I think I am his worst student.
bro jjtrader....at least u realised u mistake and acted on it rather than let u ego get the best of you. bro rookie...i agree with u on smartag..is in hybernation mode for very long time....hehehe
lol smartag is another ctr recommended by someone who is in too deep, thus he needs as many others to join him ... problem is all are small time holders while no sharks are holding them, it's best bet is for RC to join the fray if not all that is written by the recommender is purely *BS*
Bro Jjtrader, if u can plot Fib. Retracement on JCY from recent high to the recent low, you will find the rebound on 17 May hitting the 78.6% level. I took my profit @ 50% level around 1.5.
The same will go for Alam, if the rebound hit the 78.6% chances are it will reverse.
