Becareful where/when/how-big you open your mouth ,cos Mr Tamil is ready to do his ejeculation very very soon(next 2 days) ,and you dont want to be caught MOUTHFUL.

Malaysian Bursa give players LIKE YOU at least 4-5 TRADING DAYS to judge (whether win or loss money- T+4 to take loss or take profit on any position) why cant you spare others the same JUSTICE (trade rules T+4 days), and come back and judge and jeer at your fellow-investors next friday, . Your instant reaction/response within 1min,judging others 1min is premature ejeculation, and its very bad for your health and risking your chances of having healthy next generation!!!

Our postings has been done after serious painstaking charting analysis, and NOT MEAN TO BE AN OFFENCE to you opposite destructive styles. I have been right about the direction of MEGB in my last two calls if you noticed. Still, MEGB will trade around 0.6X once SMRT deal is finalized

Dont expect support today as it is the T+4 from Dec11(0.66). In fact try to empathise with Mr Tamil to have TODAY's CLOSE at BOTTOM @ 0.585----This shall be a GOOD NEWS, since price should move B4 NEXT WEEK.

Watch for ANY next day opening high of 0.63 and immediate pullback to rest 0.615/0.620 ---- it's then COMING!! Gamble n Buy contra,if u GOT THE GUT.

"all the way up" should means no more retracement/pullback lower than 0.63 (now overshot slightly to 0.645), and keep INCHING up 0.005-0.01 hour-by-hour up to 0.68, may even shoot pass this to ENCROACH into tomorrow's half portion of 0.72-0.73

Imagine you are Mr Tamil himself, you are trying to squeeze today's T+4 contra-bilis (from Dec12 High 0.645-to low of 0.625), and u want to be "kinder" than other evil.crooked sharks like zzz,yyy, ..... than now till BEFORE 4-4.05pm (last minute FORCED-SELLING), u offer to buy ALL those T+4 contra-bilis (who can not pick up today) at their no-loss price between 0.645 (already did 12.noon-2.30pm) and the lowest "no loss-price" of 0.625.....

Forget about your uptrend downtrend, put yourself in the shoes or mind of the shark, then you and others bottom fishing bilis (still hoping to buy lower than 0.59) CAN HOPE TO survive better in this CRUEL SHARK's world........

p/s : you must check you daily or intra-day chart to understand /appreciate what's being said here.

Monitor the price fluctuation first; there are many uncertainties in relation to the acquisitions (i.e acquisition of the properties. purchase of his shares and others )

What I can tell is the share price is under consolidation, I won't be surprised the acquisition will be extended aggain, they did it during december, a holiday month, where got so fast, maybe another 15 days la, anyway the price is udner consolidation now, waiting to shoot up

原因是，獨立估價師給予上述4項資產的估值，高達1億1千零40萬令吉，或較西瓦古瑪出價高出近47%。

早前文告顯示，上述4項被用作日常業務運作的資產，是在MEGB的“資產精簡策略”下獲西瓦古瑪提出獻購，之後才重新回租給MEGB。

老實說，“售後回租”模式並不稀奇，因不少企業均曾採用過相同策略，藉此釋放資產價值和資金，順便替公司瘦身，重新向買家租下有關資產則可確保業務如常運作，不受資產易主的影響。

然而，讓許多人都百思不解的是，為何買家會是即將完全退股MEGB的西瓦古瑪？

如今僅等SMRT控股（SMRT，0117，創業板科技組）和夥伴作最後購股決定即可成功以每股60仙完全脫售約30%股權、完全退出MEGB的西瓦古瑪，是在上月6日獲董事部批准上述4項資產的收購和回租提案。

由於SMRT控股有意入股的消息當時尚未揭曉，這樣的安排並沒有引起人們太大的注意，因大股東本身參與有利於公司的策略性計劃，邏輯上倒還說得過去，畢竟事關股東（包括大股東）利益。

不過，當西瓦古瑪同意賣股給SMRT控股的消息公佈後，上述資產交易卻立刻顯得奇怪，因這意味著西瓦古瑪早已無心留在MEGB；既然如此，又何以甘心自掏腰包來成全公司的“資產精簡策略”？

這個疑問，一直到獨立估價師上週公佈相關資產的估值後，人們才終於恍然大悟！

原來，“精簡資產策略”，是這麼一回事啊。

幸好，由於價差太大，加上無法達成新共識，董事部和西瓦古瑪最終被迫終止有關資產交易計劃，讓那些長期備受股價低迷折磨的小股東，不致於傷上加傷。

這幾年來，由西瓦古瑪領軍的MEGB，各方面表現一直無法讓人滿意，數月前捨棄以每股1令吉10仙脫售股權給香港投資者、卻同意以每股60仙把股權賣給SMRT控股所引起的疑慮尚未消除，即再傳出意圖低價收購公司資產的負面消息，聲譽難免一落千丈。

Once considered a role model of nursing schools it now has become a hotbed of uncertainties .too many faulty patches on the road to glory that requires reviews on prices n eventually rejections of offer.for additional 48 millions ringgits u bound to push ur head higher n stands firm..
