@ Natsuko, what do you suggest to buy? Newly listed Sen Fong can arh? Now at 0.635 which is below ipo price 0.75 sen. They are into block rubber for tire industry which is not a sunset business. Even EV needs them.What do you think?

Please keep in mind, trade war still exist between US and China, the issue between China Taiwan with the involvement of US...all these global uncertainties, alliances among the big powers, give ways to possibilities and opportunities. It still goes back to the survival of the fittest, will just wait and see.

Harta's management is excellent. I think the best bet in gloves now is Kossan. It has a huge cash pile, management is prudent and is a more diversified group. Harta,if they develop the jv new plants in Perlis,sure cash pile gone case n needs borrowing.

The purchase of land in Kedah is for a new factory, not Perlis nor any jv. Whether harta will swing in full gear the plan for the new factory in Kedah in the near future, we will just wait for the update in the coming AGM. Needless to say an excellent management will just know how to manage well the interest of company in long term, otherwise the cash pile should be a gone case long time ago with harta not being among the top four in the industry.
