Has finished its consolidation of nearly 1.5 months. Now has to move to keep pace with other property counters. Maybe hoping out of PN17 then more support will come
in the past, KLSE has never has such thing of rejecting upliftment of PN 17 . if they feel that the companyhas not met the requirement, usually , they will sk the company to resubmit . if u have seen KLSe rejected any company , pls show me the proof . irregardless whether approve or reject, this company is up trend, and the P/E is low , further their 4.0 bil project is about to launch, it is a matter of time .
Eupe have 33 pieces of land and asset building. Many pieces was record as 1996 years valuation only. Do you think how many times was the asset will increase from 1996 until now? In year 2012 & 2013, 2 years only the housing price rise almost 1x. Let's predict the 18 years we only get 1.5x increasing in value only. Eupe NTA should not stood only RM2.08. It's after valuation should be RM5.20. Price/NTA, It's only 0.198 times. Eupe is a undervalued counter!!
Since i have both Eupe and Ho Hup let me give an unbiased opinion. Both are undervalued, Ho Hup can shoot up faster in the next 1-2 months. However, in one year plus, Eupe will give more return as of now.
