It is not orderbook of 2.2 bil... It is their plan to launch new property products worth GDV of 2.2 bil this year to replenish its unbilled sales...cash per share is currently at 0.33 per share, so this stock is basically worth at least 0.33

Ayala Land is holding up to estimated 75% of this company, hence there are very few shares outstanding left in the market right now...Very easy to push up this stock depend on Major Sholder as they have strong grip and control on this company...5 years ago this stock used to trade around 1.30 - 1.60 before plunging to current level thanks to Property Slowdown and Covid 19...Even Ayala Land bought its majority stake in MCT at 0.80-0.88, hence they are stil sitting at huge paper loss and there is large possibility they wil push it up high again once property mkt is recovering soon...Reiterate BUY!

MCT has a total of 12.6 Bil GDV from current and future development projects tat wil keep the company busy and profitable for many years to come...if its EPS can maintain around 6-8 sen per share next financial year, then this company will definitely worth around at least 60 sen per share...

No point selling now as we all know MCT has more than 400 million cash in hand, net cash position which is equivalent to 0.33-0.34 sen per share...its Cash in hand is more than its current Mkt Capitalisation

I believe weeks before 4th financial result is out, directors ve been mopping up shares at cheap price, now is the time to ramp it up to reflect its true fundamental...It is very easy to ramp up this stock as Ayala Land is holding close to 75% majority stake in MCT leaving behind just estimated 25% public spread...tat 25% share which they do not own they can just take MCT private anytime...

Sorry, latest 4th qtr result indicated that total Cash in hand increased to around 575 million after deducted total borrowings...So the current new Cash Per Share is 0.39 sen per share which is so much higher than its Market capitalisation...0.33 was last year...
