From what i see Cypark does more sorting of the garbage, into 2 types: one type for fuel to be burnt to generate energy, and another type for production of Bio-gas.

It seems the Singapore WTE does not produce Bio-gas. So in this sense Cypark does more. But the video does not seem to tell much about the bio-gas....

Cypark 's low PE is as a result of accounting manipulation. The ceo is good at this.

Cypark Resources Bhd said it has been appointed by International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) to construct and operate its solar photovoltaic (PV) system.

"This will be the largest solar photovoltaic system ever built for an educational institution in Malaysia at 6.25MWp, paired with innovative technology whereby the solar panels are not only built on rooftops but also on carpark and pedestrian walkway," said Cypark.

The project is under net energy metering scheme 3.0, the group said, adding: "In consideration for the works performed by Cypark, IIUM agrees to receive and purchase the net electrical output at a pre-agreed rate for a period of 21 years."
The stipulated completion date of the project is June 17, 2023, said Cypark.

solar power efficiency rate is low malaysia,......5-6 hours per day expose to sunlight,.......semi desert country,.......10 hours per day expose to sunlight,........malaysia is too cloudy, solar panel need blue sky to generate electricity,......min. selling price for solar electricity in malaysia should be above 30cent kwh,......

for cypark to survive,......they need to sell LSS3 project to TNB,......they can make money selling the project to TNB, BUT NOT the electricity,......because the electricity selling rate only 18 cent kwh to TNB,........if TNB owning the project, for sure they can`t lose money because they selling the electricity to consumer above 40cent kwh,......it is a win- win solution,......it depend on TNB want to buy the LSS3 project or not

Below is my personal opinion. Maybe wrong n please bear with it. Treat its as some kind of chit chat in kopitiam..
Person A got money n put in Bank, after one yr he will get 2.5% interest.
Person B buy Cypark now, after one yr, how much his return? Take note that he can take profit selling during the one yr period if anytime price is higher by 10%.
After one yr, return for A is better or B ?
After one yr, what is the probability that price will be lower than current level? Or higher?
My personal opinion is that if buy now, down side risk is limited n if happened maybe just temporary. On other hand, upside potential maybe enormous....
This is not recommendation for buy call. Trade at yr own risk..ha ha..
