Most American companies pay share dividend instead of cash dividend. I think it is time Malaysian companies should do the same. Educate the investors

Should use the cash to pare down its debt instead of manipulating its share price.
Tonnes of debts & poor cash flow. Expect massive goodwill write off soon

Solarvest vs Cypark

I personally prefer CYPARK,

cypark is still pretty much under value but it's not favor due to it debts and asset heavy asset. But hey, they are asset heavy because they own the solar farm compare with solarvest which only involve in EPCC.

Better avoid this Cypark, even the 3 LSS2 contracts also Cypark got to fully finance and customers no need to pay any cents, Cypark takes all the risks including arranging sukuk to finance the 3 projects FOR the customers

What a crazy world

Why people goreng SOLARVEST? Because it is still new, not many shares in small traders' hands, easy to goreng, plus bunch of idiots love to gamble.

For Cypark, it has been proven highly depending on NON-CASH PROJECTS to generate NON-CASH EARNINGS for the past 9 years.

The more Cypark generate sales (& profits), the higher the borrowings.

Even for 3 LSS2 projects won & under construction, Cypark get ZERO payment from any of the project owners since day one of construction.

Cypark is so generous to help the 3 projects owners (one is its subsidiary) to look for financial arrangements for the projects and even help/allow them to start repay progressively ONCE the solar farms start generating income.

Directors not interest on the business..
They sold the shares and push down the share price.
Then set the ESOS price lower at 0.59....
They just exercised the ESOS and start to sell again.
Company do buy back to push up share price and Directors continue sell shares....
that how they make money....

Precisely, surprised to see the director (CEO) doing it at this point of time. Rush to cash out.

The CEO start selling his share at the lowest price, i.e. around 19 March 2020. Have you guys ever thought why he did that? Why he choose to sell the share at the lowest point, but NOT days before that when the price is still high?? Think about that.

Think on behalf of Daud, the CEO, why you sell your shares at the lowest point on 19 March 2020 when the price is smacked down from 10-19 March 2020? What is the triggering point where he is forced to sell the share at this lowest price?

Confusing move from the director. why keep selling when you know your share price worth a lot more than that.
