In the Notice of Arbitration, Boskalis claims delay in load out exercise onto the Vessel has incurred demurrage and standby costs. This alleged costs were between 21 April 2020 and 20 July 2020.

MHB has a strong case, as the delay was caused during MCO period?

The original plan to award to Sapura however maybe Government no money then pass to MHB (Petronas company) so that the income will go to government..

Dont confuse with SapuraOMV..this is owner of this project..and of course they want to award to SapuraFabricator but it not realize at last minute..

So both Sapura (Corporation) and MHB will get benefit ...

Another think...dont forget MMC since MMC is Engineering company JV with MHB for this project

Today MHB, MMC will gap up..Sapura wait & see

Rowie...the overall project cost maybe arnd USD1 bil but MHB portion ( contract value) is probably arnd RM 1.5 bil only.
