Kananga must have valued the reclaimed land on the high side. I think they dunno the value of reclaimed land. not apple-to-apple. Good to check with friends in the property valuation agency.

all these local funds buying and selling are normal unless if they continuosly selling massively then there is a concern. The owners are supporting it currently,I'm not too worried about it.
