宏洋控股（BENALEC，5190，主板建筑组）尚有可供出售土地价值达4亿5500万令吉，加上持有拓填海工程经营权，希望2017财政年营业额可达到10%的增长目标。
宏洋控股董事经理拿督廖成海日前在股东大会后表示，尽管经济状况依然充满挑战，惟相信该公司在2017财政年表现将比前期好。

“主要是我们有几个工程已经开始，包括马六甲、英达岛（Pulau Indah）、丹绒比艾（Tanjung Piai）和边佳兰（Pengerang）。”

廖成海希望该公司在2017财政年，能够达到营业额增长10%的目标。

宏洋控股在2016财政年净利由845万8000令吉增长102.39%，至1711万8000令吉；营业额增长78.95%，至3亿2308万3000令吉。

廖成海说，该公司目前尚有可供出售的土地逾330英亩，售价约4亿5500万令吉。

“我们目前尚在与几个单位在洽商中，他们都是有意愿购买不同规模的土地。”

该公司在2016财政年，约65.3%的营业额贡献来自于出售马六甲土地。

宏洋控股目前分别持有丹绒比艾海事工业园区（TPMIP）和边佳兰海事工业园区（PMIP）的特许经营权，并可推动该公司未来10至15年的增长。

廖成海说，该公司已向大马CeTeau采购预制垂直排水管（PVD），目前预计将购买4架，惟将视进度而调整。

他说，每架PVD价格约1000万令吉，首架在抵达后，预计12月即可以投入安装工程。所购买的4架PVD都是用于丹绒比艾填海工程。

廖成海透露，该公司会与大马CeTeau私人有限公司合组联营公司——宏洋CeTeau亚洲私人有限公司，主要是因为想要达到撙节成本的效果，且能够多元化业务至不同领域。

ainisar . ....it just a flashback from what I bought hibiscus at 2.34 years back which I lost about 300 over thousands for this stupid and inefficient bad management counter . The current price stand at . 30 over cents which is incredible. A lesson to learn to cut losses at the early stages to avoid huge losses . In stocks market , there's is no actual based to support share prices . Don't play play with hard earned monies . Trade with caution ......bro !

i have accumulated from 0.38 after seeing the chart showing up trend. Will buy more only on weakness. The company may be not so stable at this time, better FIFO to take profit.
