Both the current flagship Tanjung Piai MIP and Pengerang MIP developments represent the Group’s foray into Johor State’s fast growing Iskandar and PIPC regions.

It will be the main growth driver for the BENALEC over the next 10 to 15 years, which expected to provide the group with the springboard for enhancing its business sustainability and up-scaling its growth prospects.

Besides, BENALEC had signed sales and purchase agreement for its 160.54 acres of land in Melaka. It will generate sales revenue of in excess of MYR300m in FY17 and FY18. In addition, the land reclamation contract from Oriental amounting MYR103.4m had yet to be recognized as revenue.

In total, there will be approximately MYR400m revenue which can be recognized in FY17 and FY18. Other than that, its Tanjung Piai land reclamation project had started in Dec 2016. It will contribute positively to the Group in FY17.

宏洋控股（BENALEC，5190，主板建筑组）尚有可供出售土地价值达4亿5500万令吉，加上持有拓填海工程经营权，希望2017财政年营业额可达到10%的增长目标。
宏洋控股董事经理拿督廖成海日前在股东大会后表示，尽管经济状况依然充满挑战，惟相信该公司在2017财政年表现将比前期好。

“主要是我们有几个工程已经开始，包括马六甲、英达岛（Pulau Indah）、丹绒比艾（Tanjung Piai）和边佳兰（Pengerang）。”

廖成海希望该公司在2017财政年，能够达到营业额增长10%的目标。

宏洋控股在2016财政年净利由845万8000令吉增长102.39%，至1711万8000令吉；营业额增长78.95%，至3亿2308万3000令吉。

廖成海说，该公司目前尚有可供出售的土地逾330英亩，售价约4亿5500万令吉。

“我们目前尚在与几个单位在洽商中，他们都是有意愿购买不同规模的土地。”

该公司在2016财政年，约65.3%的营业额贡献来自于出售马六甲土地。

宏洋控股目前分别持有丹绒比艾海事工业园区（TPMIP）和边佳兰海事工业园区（PMIP）的特许经营权，并可推动该公司未来10至15年的增长。

廖成海说，该公司已向大马CeTeau采购预制垂直排水管（PVD），目前预计将购买4架，惟将视进度而调整。

他说，每架PVD价格约1000万令吉，首架在抵达后，预计12月即可以投入安装工程。所购买的4架PVD都是用于丹绒比艾填海工程。

In the recent quarter, benalec management stated that they are optimistic for the business in 2017 & 2018.

They mention that they have secure a lot of project and many will be accounted in the book in year 2017.

1) Land to sale already signed worth RM211.82mil
2) Contract secure on may 2014 covering 415 arces worth RM203.9mil
3) Goverment just permited a total area of 3485 arces site in johor for petroluem uses
4) Secured development project for 1672 arces in Teluk Ramunia Johor

hope they can add more dividend f give 3sen then very happy
