As said can buy if below RM0.50. Today up by 5%. I just make RM350 in 1 week. Thanks to Warriors_Justice for helping to push down the price.

I fully agree that COO may not suitable because lack of qualification and experience as said by Warriors Justice but a company is not rely on one person to ensure success. Wat Warriors Justice said may not be relevant. Believe he only target the MD, COO, the so called Merlin and Morgana only.

able to get approval is good but how much profit can contribute to the group profit and distribute more dividend to us as shareholders will be another issues . will the Kings ask for 50% increment for directors' salary and bonus for himself in next year ? may be SC should ask the company for more details on the expected contribution from this project .

There are huge demand for crude oil storage

Just check the vessel which traffic jam at China and singapore port and you will know crude oil storage is still a good business .

Benalec's issue is how they going to find investor to joint venture to tg piai crude oil facilities investment after land reclaimed

Calvin, pls quote properly lah. Benalec only has the rights to reclaim land equivalent to half the size of Jurong, Singapore, not half the size of Johor.
BIG BIG difference in size between Jurong and Johor oh.

nothing to celebrate for this as so far the company does not mentioned how much expected profit margin can be generated from the reclaimed land in Johor and how much investment cost required for the oil project . will we as shareholders be requested to invest further into this company ? with the King character he will for sure increased his salary and bonus to another high level before he will consider for shareholders dividend .
