If u glance through the 2018 AR, u will noticed a sudden appear of this guy by the name Daing A Malek. 2 top shareholders . U know this guy is buying private share last yr. at 25 sen/share for a total of 20m shares. For your infor. this guy is member of royal court of advisors to Johor sultan. So good things never wait for the slow to act loh!

This company core business is land reclamation expertise, the only one in whole of Malaysia ,another word ' Monopoly Company '. Besides this ,its is doing marine engineering work like shore protection, build Jetty, soil consolidation ,dredging etc. Recently ,branch out to oil terminal storage services in Rapid refinery in Pengerang Johore. . Another word its also related to oil n gas . This augur well for this company, thus will boost up the profit. So buy while still cheap.

Every financial year making money, Don't be misled by Current Quarterly report result cos revenue is seasonal meaning revenue is not recognize yet. Revenue is only recognize after S & P is signed. For your info. ready reclamation lands worth abt Rm 250m waiting to be sell mostly in Malacca. Some lands waiting for S & P to sign. Hence huge profit is coming in the next quarter financial report.
