KWP disposal is to make the market more liquid. Without liquidity, the share price cannot move.

Benalec still under correction period. But with such high volume, indicate that investors are starting to accumulate it.

This might due to O&G activities in Tanjung Piai and Pengerang.

Remember, proposed JV between Orientalcove Realty Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BENALEC, and Vista Selesa for the development of six (6) parcels of contiguous leasehold land measuring approximately 1,350,331 sq ft. This is another PUSH FACTOR soon.

In April, Benalec issue ESSOS, indicate share price in uptrend.

Benalec is undervalued based on its exclusive rights to reclaim/develop 5485 acres of prime seafront land in Tanjung Piai and Pengerang into an oil hub. Benalec is a cheaper entry to the repositioning of Johor as an emerging oil and gas hub.
Share price is expected to rise for second wave soon.

Although I no longer hold this stock, I just like to advise caution. This stock has climbed more than 20% and this is already on a high side. Benalac was recently seen borrowing money for the two projects in hand and valuation wise its already near its peak at this moment in time. its being push by momentum only now. Advise caution to those who are thinking of entering only now!

Yes, agree with KC Loh, the price is too high now.

Every counter got their new project every period of time, so the company can still survive; so everytime when people want to push up the price, the new project will be announce to catch your eyes. Do that mean during the normal time there is no project? The answer is NO, they just want to use the topic to push the price up. evetytime when someone using New project to push the price, my setting is 20% profit then quit.

I have to quit before the topic of the story end, i am aware of the story end when no higher revenue and profit margin and Eaning per Share with the new project announce. As during normal time the new project is there but no special announcement.

Fair Value is the 52 weeks lowest RM1.09, it is over value, it is just using some Project anoouncement to push up the price only, normal time they also got project too. Hit and run strategy should apply to this counter

It is a Motive to let all the player believe the new project is really good to increase the current share holder confidence.

Actually the major share holder got the more clear picture of the business than the forum member here if Major share holder have the confidence they have to buy when it was 1.10 not buying at the peak

Better to wait until stabilize before buying.

I believe IJM-wc at below 1.40 is better buy as it is lower than the price at Nov 2010. Also if one patient, Gamuda-wd below 94cents.

Since all the directors keep buying this counter, i can assure that it will rebound shortly and continue to move forward to next target price.
