I did not say afternoon the stock will be suspended for trading! I am just saying eventually the stock will suspend for trading due to material announcement and that's standard protocol. Yesterday it came out in the news that Benalec close to inked 2 deal worth 35Billion...but that's just news and no official announcement yet.

i read that news too & it reported that they "close" to ink... but "close" doesnt mean they have signed, so is that the reason of uncertainty
