Simple, they are raising money in the form of convertible notes. Means it will be bond for now, but can be convertible into shares. If converted there will be some dilution.
The hot topic now is of course the GST implementation rather than this.
Censof has long prepared to train and install new software for gov. on GST implementation.
It's almost certain that there will be plenty of contract wins coming in in the next few months.
Aside from gov, private side also will require to update their accounting software because for business, they can set off the GST payable with the GST they incurred.

CT, like i said before..TA should work hand in hand and vice-versa..although me have no qualms if they work individually.

Anyway, just an input from me...the software and training for gst are one-offs..the bigger picture is actually the recurring income for sustainability.the annual maintenance, system enhancement, system support service...these are the ones that actually make more.for example, how much do they charge u for 1 oncall?rm1?rm2?more like hundreds of smackeroos!!

so i think censof's gonna do just fine down d road.next couple of weeks would see movement based on the gst buzz..subsequent will b bcoz of BAU..hope i'm right!!

Lucky to hv added more at the close and am looking to add more on monday...the RCN?...well thats a different story

Budget 2014 benefit CENSOF:-
■Cost of purchasing ICT equipment and software is given Accelerated Capital Allowance until year of assessment 2016.
■Training grant of RM100 million to be provided to businesses that send employees for GST training in 2013 and 2014.
■Expenses incurred for training in accounting and ICT relating to GST to be given further tax deduction for years of assessment 2014 and 2015.
■Training grant of RM100 million to be provided to businesses that send employees for GST training in 2013 and 2014.
■RM150 million financial assistance for SMEs to purchase accounting software in 2014 and 2015.

I m not a long term investor so i dont care much who can get the project so i care to predict how price wll move from tmr onwards.. Based on the formation of triangle, TP=0.73 +79% can be hit.

Alan, actually, til now i dont understand the word; "Contra" kaki.. As far as i know, contra means trading 3 days with your own remiscer without placing cash. But i m trading with MBB & so long i enter a trade, MBB deduct my RM from my ac. If i sell within same day i enter, can i consider as "Contra" kaki.. Alan, no offend, i wanted to ask this qtn long time already since u raised it, i wanna ask only.
