Fundsgx, you are wrong on the special issues. Special issue is the final RM2.5 million of RCN converted to Censof shares. All RM25 million RCN under trench 1 has all been converted into Censof shares. Censof has not taken up the remaining RM75 million RCN under Trench 2,3 & 4. In another words, RM25 million drawn down under Trench 1 of RCN has all been converted into shares and the company does not to pay back.

If you look at recent prices starting from August, T+3 were never or hardly in play. There is still room for more uptrend. So far it has been slow and steady. Very good sign.

This is free warant, i think the share price only dilute after warant expired and convert. Look at the gst counter like ifcamsc without any free warant good stuffs also climbing, why so worry abt exdate minor profit taking

some weakness analysis that i have done.

Royal Malaysian Customs Department has approved 55 vendors to market GST-compliant software to industry and Bernama has received very good response from a number of software vendors to exhibit their products.

censof is only 1 out of 55 vendors approved on the 1st batch. what about 2nd batch? and how aggressive censof sales & marketing team to grab the most sales?

Correct me if I am wrong. Censof-wa is not worth RM0.37 because to exercise the warrant, you need to pay RM0.46. At current Censof price of RM0.65, the warrant should be RM0.19. Censof depends on government agencies and GLC, not so much on private companies. Is a bonus if they can also get contract from private companies. My personal opinion is that if there is any pull back, it is for them to collect more for the next push. Their target price is much higher than RM0.65 for short term. Even much higher for medium and long term. If you have money, invest longer term for this counter. Happy trading.
