Dnex is pushing up. Now at RM0.38. Censof is holding RM304 million shares in Dnex at RM0.20. At least there is a paper gain of over RM55 million - converting the paper gain into Censof 440 million shares - additional gain of RM0.125 per censof share. Still a good buy at RM0.585.

439,648,471 shares is the total Censof shares as of 10/9/2014. 6,002,400 shares at RM0.416 is the convertion of RM2.5 million under Redeemable Convertible medium term Notes. Censof has taken up only Tranche 1 Notes of 25 million. As of 10/9/2014, under Tranche 1 Notes, RM22.5 million has been converted. Only left with RM2.5 million. How many of RM22.5 million shares converted has been sold in the open market ?????? Please share if any one knows. Happy trading.

It was a surprise to me that Censof share price was pushing upward before the completion of the conversion of 25 million RCN unless they push up to dispose off the shares. I have been searching for answer that how many shares converted have been disposed. Any idea?

　MIDF證券研究分析師在報告中指出，5家上市公司分別為啟昌集團（ASDION，0068，創業板科技）、世紀軟件（CENSOF，5195，主要板科技）、DGB亞洲（DGB，0152，創業板科技）、競優國際（IFCAMSC，0023，創業板科技）及YGL（YGL，0086，創業板科技）。

至少3個月提升軟件

　“儘管政府提供1000令吉獎掖，不過連註冊依然乏人問津，據了解目前國內30萬家公司中僅1萬5000家或5%公司註冊，政府放眼年底前12萬3000家公司註冊。”

　報告引述關稅局消費稅組主任拿督蘇巴馬念指出，不會再拖延消費稅落實期限，中小企業需要至少3個月提升相關軟件，註冊最后期限落在今年12月31日，逾期未註冊商家將受懲戒，籲商家們及時註冊。

　以此情況來看，很多商家料臨時抱佛腳，趕在年底前註冊，分析師指出，一般軟件系統提升成本為2000令吉至1萬令吉不等，屆時相關業者銷量將唱旺。

　“若市場普遍提升軟件的成本為6000令吉的中間數，以仍有28萬5000家公司未註冊來估算，市場潛在規模高達17億令吉，如無意外將從今年末季至明年首季之間，陸續反映在消費稅軟件公司財報上，對股項而言亦是短期買進投資良機。”

恐成本高遲未註冊

商家註冊率低，政府批准的軟件供應商坦承，收到的咨詢沒有想像中多，相信大部分已註冊商家並未提升會計系統，關稅局資料亦顯示，商家遲遲未註冊消費稅其中一個原因是認為軟件成本太高，整體使用率仍低。

　報告中指出，政府為提高註冊率，透過中小型企業機構向符合資格中小企業提供1000令吉獎掖，並以電子禮券（E-VOUCHER）形式發出。

　該項基金下共準備1億5000萬令吉待申請，申請截止日亦是年底，不過名額僅15萬家公司。

　“儘管如此，目前該項獎掖也乏人問津，資料顯示共1321公司提出申請，僅714申請者成功獲得獎掖，軟件採用率仍有待加強。”

IFCA's revenue and profit surge is due to CHINA, not muchly GST, and it is a net cash company compared to CENSOF, look at earnings guys
