Pelikan business mostly oversea. Now European and China school already reopened , business picking up fast. Plus CHINA market plan been penetrate since last year October , will see more encourage result in 3rd quarter. So now buy it and hold. Share price was projected 6 month future , price will picking up next week Tuesday until TP 70cents.
