Looking at weekly chart you can say that it had gone down for 2 weeks prior to QR. Meaning the price today already cost in the bad QR. Let's hope for better weeks to come.

QR4 is weak because of the cyclical nature of its business - it follows the European school term because >70% of their revenue is from Germany and the rest of Europe.

I can see that the new management is working on initiatives to expand faster in Asia starting with China last October... This will improve the business and smooth out the curve as Asian school starts in January unlike in Europe in Fall.

If this Q4 can break that trend, then PELIKAN will be great!
