The balance 90% of the Disposal Consideration shall be paid within 10 working days after the Purchasers have received a written notice from the Notary confirming all Conditions Precedent (as defined in paragraph (c) below) have been fulfilled.

Excellent news

Finally cash is received

Next will come 20 sen cash payout as promised

Don't switch to gloves as Gloves got China dumping due to glut

Gloves will continue to see fierce price war as it has no barrier to entry

If want can switch to palm oil now as prices are very cheap and Cpo prices up by 200%

Unlike gloves which you can set up factories within 4 short months and start producing it will take at least 4 years to plant and harvest palm oil fruit

So palm oil got high time barrier to entry

Plus palm oil like Taann and Bplant will also give exceptionally high dividends
