YTD (9mos) Pelikan made 4.32cts EPS. As schools are returning to normal soon, this counter has good potential even after the div ex date on Dec 28. Pelikan has given me good returns since I started buying in Aug'20. I will hold on for the special div and grow with the co. The co should be in a better financial position after the recent asset disposal. Don't forget it still has some valued assets in its possession. Cheers!

Some people bought it because of the 20c dividend.
Now that the price is 2.5c below ex div l think it is quite normal.
Just let it drop lower to an acceptable level for entry.
Buy/sell/hold you decide.

Pelikan is a resilient co. I started buying this counter in Aug'20 at a price of 29c per share and it has given me good returns since then. I will plough back the accumulated gain plus 20c div into this counter. The current price is too attractive for a patient investor like me to resist. Happy investing.

I have written to the Board of directors and make suggestions for them to diversify in other sectors other than stationery as this company has established long term relationship and conection with Germany. Of course the. directors have every freedom to accept or reject my proposal as I am only a humble investor. I have come across a interesting motto written in Bahasa Malaysia. I would like to share with you all: " Inovasi mendorong kemajuan, kommitment pula mengegalkan nya." The motto gives me the inspirations that Innovation is the driving force to improvement and revival. Revival is for survival.

Pelikan is an established nineteenth century co. At the current price, a cash rich company may be interested to acquire Pelikan for diversification. After all, stationery products are nonseasonal in nature. Students are attracted to buy more if the designs are creative. Cheers.

Good amount of dividend received, cheers. I shall use the money to invest in PELIKAN again for future growth and maybe another dividend soon. Use back the dividend can increase my investment in PELIKAN by another 60%, why not? Kind of DRP (Dividend Reinvestment Plan). Thousand of thanks to PELIKAN management.
