Naturally the price can't go up much because retail buyers funds are limited, this week mostly retail buyers dominate the whole KLSE.
For me, l think the price should be much higher than 55c to be more justifiable.

YTD (9mos) Pelikan made 4.32cts EPS. As schools are returning to normal soon, this counter has good potential even after the div ex date on Dec 28. Pelikan has given me good returns since I started buying in Aug'20. I will hold on for the special div and grow with the co. The co should be in a better financial position after the recent asset disposal. Don't forget it still has some valued assets in its possession. Cheers!
