but i think most important is the machinery and ppl la. If any of you been into big construction, the last thing u want is change of contractor. Also want take over a project, u think no scared 1 meh. New company assume all the warranty from the old company. Like now PH claim assume all the debt from BN. U tink no problem 1 meh? So work will die die go back to gamuda. At what price only.
