Quarter 2 result will be release soon.....Gamuda Vietnam project is expect to record excellent sale due to strong demand pick up + toll rate hike in its highway sprint/kesas/LDP/ smart tunnel + steady water contribution (splash) which is now awaiting new take over offer price......high foreign stake exposure in gamuda 22%,and high liquidity subject to major beneficial from influx of foreign fund back to Malaysia + MRT2 + Penang transport plan.

In addition, gamuda is leading barometer to the market index, in which index is on track to break 1700 level, back to year high.....gamuda year high is above 5.20..... Breaking 4.80 is immediate move follow by Rm 5.00 is highly expected

Not likely to have any force selling tomorrow due to T+4, because the highest transacted price last Friday was 97.5 cents,and the cumulative average transacted price on that day was 89.1 cents, it is quite silly to think that ,there is going to have a sell-down tomorrow due to T+4, don't you ?

T+3 this week should be Thurs, ie tomm, and T+4 Friday. If contra players dont get to sell by T+3 , which dont think that will happen

The average cumulative transacted price on Mondays was 97.7 cents, and the cumulative average transacted price since last Friday till today closing was 94.08 cents, so there would not likely to have any selling pressure due to T+4 or T+3 tomorrow. Actually the operators have did a very good job since the trading of WR till now the WE.

Actually, many also seem forgotten and tag Gmauda earning profile is construction based driven......the actual fact is that Gamuda major and largest earning contributor is derive from its very steady and consistent growth in toll highway (LDP + KESAS + SPRINT + SMART)and water treatment division (splash).

The breakdown on gamuda earning profit profile are 44% expressway/water: 27% property development: 29% construction.

Therefore, any additional contract award from high margin MRT2 (tunnel underground) and LRT3 + rebound back in property development Vietnam, diversify property market in Singapore and Australia will be all earning accretive to gamuda

Just came back from my lunch appointment today with my friends who bought WR and gone through the exercise. All very happy with huge profits but I told them that keep the WE if they still have it, if already sold, can consider to buy back if dare enough, simply because the prospect of mother share is very good with the projects in the pipeline. Chart wise, it will hit RM5.00 anytime soon. The premium is okay with only 6.9% (at RM4.76) with gearing of 4.55. If it hits RM5.00, WE RM1.25, gearing of 4.00 is still fine. Just my 2 sen worth of thought.
