I can imagine full of car wait at road site ,in front of toll around 1055pm.
All car wait for the toll free rate after 11pm,then only pass by the toll

1. Like watersplash deal, surely the price to takeover wont be on a willing buyer willing seller basis, it will be tilted to the PH Gov favor given the financial situation of the Gov.
2. You got no better place to invest with such a big amount of cash compared to a risk free concession cash flows, given the current property market condition of the country

easy. just refer to the MRT Line -2 underground ( turnkey ) & elevated ( PDP ) package, you can be pre-amp that the deal will be most likely no good to this company. the government will whack this company right & left...

paying so much toll fees is terrible..enough is enough...the LDP's USJ toll plaza is like a day time robbery, i would safely say.

the proposed new toll toll collection mechanism will only happen with the change of leadership. the new government is helping the rakyat. please do not expect totally free toll at this moment. give & take.

I expect some analyst / fund manager will revalue this stock and leading the price down trend.

after government takes over the highways, it becomes flexible to open link roads that benefit the car & motorist. without this buy, the government have to compensate the toll concession companies for open a link road that divert the highway traffic. remember the opening of the Sungai besi-puchong road that provide a short cut & toll free road from Astro to IOI Mall? the government have paid compensation to KESAS.

There is a link road from Tesco Puchong to USJ Mamee Factory crossing a river ( Klang River ). the talk has been done many years ago but strong objection by KESAS due to traffic leakage. we see the light after government buys the KESAS. From this example, we sometime see privatized highway hinder new link road construction to protect their revenue.
