Yes. May be because WE below RM1.33 is almost finish accumulated. Why? May be good results anticipated and uptrend after Raya? Mother is traded by fund manager and small price action is more erratic due to different individual fund needs? I am too speculative lately.....

from observation, WE technically looks good, positive premium, break 1.34, MACD hooks up, 1-2 days uptrend will make it go to positive teritory, only thing lack is higher volume. Mother fundamentally intact, finally confirm uptrend. Mother may be need to break 5.44.

Last June QR announced on the 29th (wed). In 2015, on the 23rd(Tue).

Look like it would be after Raya.... though could be anytime from now....

Good results expected as last year lower base, these explain 3 weeks accumulation of fund between 5.25-5.43 . Current closing price 5.45-ecercise price 4.05- divdend 0.06=1.34. WE 1.35 already take into account of 6 sen dividend, as Sifu Leo Ting mentioned. Uptrend at least 2-3 weeks. hold tight. Hope I am right

I remember previously WC was also traded at negetive premium, may be it is like this traditionally for Gamuda blue chip warrant style.
Investors in WE may be very cool and rational, so they will take profit when WE value overshoot, ha ha hope this would not become a joke. My assumption
is WE may have positive premium when (1) Big fund know something you don't know or much upside in near future (2) value overshoot mother price- time to take profit
(3) future profit improve but no dividend to be declared (4) downside limited when mother price drop
